About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Requirements
Project management of Erasmus+ projects (minimum 2 years).
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and travel at short notice
Ambition and passion for work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage EU-funded projects (primarily Erasmus+).
Contribute to the development and writing of projects’ proposals
Assist with communication between HUB Nicosia and project partners.
Contribute to research, data collection, and proposal development.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
Help organize meetings, events, and dissemination activities.
Plan and implement effective communication and dissemination activities.
Carry out other project-related tasks as required by project plan.
Travel abroad to attend meetings and conferences.
Network and promote the work of HUB Nicosia in Cyprus and abroad.
Work closely with the management in reaching HUB Nicosia’s objectives.
