About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in EU-funded project management.

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.

  • Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to network and represent the organisation and its vision.

  • Good understanding of EU programs (Erasmus+, Horizon, etc.).

  • Results driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.

  • Experience in the development of project proposals.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.

  • Prior experience in an NGO and/or with the Erasmus+ program will be considered an advantage.

  • Passionate about social inclusion and social justice.

About Hub Nicosia

Hub Nicosia is a youth oriented, educational non-for-profit organisation that promotes inclusion, sustainability, and community empowerment, implementing national and EU-funded projects that generate social impact.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the implementation of EU-funded projects and daily project coordination.

  • Assist with communication between SYNTHESIS and project partners.

  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Help organize meetings, events, and dissemination activities.

  • Contribute to research, data collection, and proposal development.

  • Coordinate EU-funded projects to ensure successful implementation.

  • Contribute to the development and writing of Erasmus+ project proposals.

  • Prepare and submit narrative reports

  • Plan and implement effective communication and dissemination activities.

  • Carry out other project-related tasks as required by project plan.
