About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in EU-funded project management.
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to network and represent the organisation and its vision.
Good understanding of EU programs (Erasmus+, Horizon, etc.).
Results driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.
Experience in the development of project proposals.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
Prior experience in an NGO and/or with the Erasmus+ program will be considered an advantage.
Passionate about social inclusion and social justice.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of EU-funded projects and daily project coordination.
Assist with communication between SYNTHESIS and project partners.
Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
Help organize meetings, events, and dissemination activities.
Contribute to research, data collection, and proposal development.
Coordinate EU-funded projects to ensure successful implementation.
Contribute to the development and writing of Erasmus+ project proposals.
Prepare and submit narrative reports
Plan and implement effective communication and dissemination activities.
Carry out other project-related tasks as required by project plan.
