About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Requirements

  • Project management of Erasmus+ projects (minimum 2 years).

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.

  • Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and travel at short notice

  • Ambition and passion for work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EU-funded projects (primarily Erasmus+).

  • Contribute to the development and writing of projects’ proposals

  • Assist with communication between HUB Nicosia and project partners.

  • Contribute to research, data collection, and proposal development.

  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Help organize meetings, events, and dissemination activities.

  • Plan and implement effective communication and dissemination activities.

  • Carry out other project-related tasks as required by project plan.

  • Travel abroad to attend meetings and conferences.

  • Network and promote the work of HUB Nicosia in Cyprus and abroad.

  • Work closely with the management in reaching HUB Nicosia’s objectives.
