About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Requirements
● Master’s degree in any of the following or relevant areas: Information and Communication Technologies, Environment and Sustainable Development, Educational Technology, Entrepreneurship, Health.
● At least 5 years of proven experience in EU-funded projects management.
● Excellent spoken and written English; Greek is an advantage.
● Excellent academic writing skills in English.
● Ability to network and represent the organisation and its vision.
● Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Results driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Excellent team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.
● Passionate about social inclusion and social justice.
About the Company
Hub Nicosia is a youth oriented, educational non-for-profit organisation that promotes inclusion, sustainability, and community empowerment, implementing national and EU-funded projects that generate social impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the day-to-day implementation of EU-funded projects.
● Coordinate with project partners, organize meetings, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
● Prepare project and other relevant reports, including financial documentation.
● Support dissemination, communication and exploitation activities.
● Facilitate local workshops and conduct fieldwork research.
● Coordinate and supervise volunteers, and interns, where needed.
● Lead proposal development for EU and national funding calls.
● Handling of EU project platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Beneficiary Module, Mobility Tool).
● Represent the organisation in project meetings, and other events abroad.
