About the Role
HUB NICOSIA is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth, visibility, partnerships, and impact.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in strengthening the organisation’s strategic direction, expanding collaborations and partnerships, supporting the development of new initiatives and funding opportunities, and increasing HUB NICOSIA’s visibility and influence locally and internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong strategic, managerial, networking, and communication skills who is passionate about innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Experience with EU programmes and funded projects
Strong communication and partnership-building skills
Proven leadership, networking, and project management experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
Passion for innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact
Excellent command of English (Greek is considered an advantage)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic growth and development of the organisation
Increase the visibility and recognition of HUB NICOSIA locally and across Europe
Develop partnerships with organisations, institutions, companies, and public authorities
Support the development of new initiatives, projects, and funding opportunities
Oversee organisational operations and team coordination
Represent HUB NICOSIA at meetings, conferences, networking events, and public activities
Contribute to fundraising, sustainability, and long-term organisational growth
💼 Competitive Package:
Starting Salary: €36,000 per year + Performance Bonus

HUB NICOSIA is a nonprofit educational NGO based in Nicosia, Cyprus, working at the intersection of innovation, education, entrepreneurship, social impact, and community development.
Through local and European collaborations, HUB NICOSIA develops and supports initiatives that create opportunities for learning, networking, creativity, inclusion, and positive social change across Cyprus and Europe.
